Urban Outfitters Fraud Protection Blurb …
This was a quick press release I saw on RIS News’s email newsletter. I actually need to get up to speed with the solution that Urban Outfitters selected (Interceptas), but regardless, there was a quote from John Kyees (CFO) that I thought was really interesting -

John is a person that I have the utmost respect for and he has a history of success with Urban Outfitters and several other large retailers over the years. He understands the interaction of business protection and customer experience…
Just wanted to bring this up as it supports my view of security (or fraud protection) - it needs to be addressed with a full understanding of impact, not what’s the easiest thing that I can do to get to the bare minimum…
